Lincoln Preschool is looking for some donations of girls pants to restock our bathroom supply! If you are wanting to get rid of some pants size 3T-5T, we would greatly appreciate them! Thanks! (Gently used is great)👖

Preschool Late Registration.

If your child had a screening and you missed registration in May, you are able to join us on Wednesday August 26, 1:00-3:00 pm.

Please bring required registration documents.

Lincoln Preschool Families, August is HERE! 🤯

📬📬Letters have been mailed out!! Yayy!! Check those mailboxes!!! Your child will be receiving their letter with their teacher/session information, home visit schedule and orientation information. A school supply list will also be sent, but most items are optional.

🌟Here are some reminders:🌟

1️⃣If you have not turned in your physical, shot records, copy of birth certificate, or financial information please have those ready and turned in to the office by August 13th! Your child will not be able to begin class without completed documents!

2️⃣Please, download the OES 141 app! This is a free app you can download on any tablet, phone or access on a computer. Teachers will send important reminders via this app!! You can also reach the parent coordinators on this app, as well.

SCHOOL STATUS is no longer in use! You can delete!

If you have submitted a survey online for Preschool, or have left a message with our office, please know we have your information and we will be in contact closer to the start of school to schedule your child for a preschool screening. Our preschool office is still closed for summer! Screenings are required before registration will be given. Thank you for your patience.

REMINDERS:

Just some reminders for starting Prek in August - New and Returning Families - if you have NOT turned in all supporting documents for registration, they ARE DUE at ORIENTATION. If you do not turn in these documents, bussing WILL NOT be provided, and your child will not be able to begin class on the first day of school. They may be placed back on the waitlist and their spot may be given to another family! PLEASE make sure you have ALL of your documents turned in! Below is the list of required documents:

We have updated our policies to Preschool Registration - Required Documents will now be DUE by our Orientation Day in August, or your student will NOT be allowed to begin class on the first day.
Required Documents are as follows:
**CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE - from the County (not from the hospital)
**PRESCHOOL PHYSICAL - Certificate of Child Health Examination, less than a year old (from the Doctor's office)
**SHOT RECORDS - Certificate of Child Health Examination, less than a year old (from the Doctor's office) OR Proof of Exemptions
**PROOF OF INCOME - As shown by ONE of the following:
-Pay stubs (two most recent, consecutive)
-Proof of WIC benefit
-Proof of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefit
-Proof of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) enrollment
-Proof the family receives Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP)
-Tax return (most recent)
-Wages and tax statement (most recent W-2)
-Verification/letter from employer stating annual income
-Proof that parent is enrolled in Medicaid
(a medical card with the child’s name does not prove income eligibility)
-Signed written statement from the family (form provided by district)
