Sometimes the world feels heavy and pretty darn dark, but in memory of our good friend Mark, we want to remind you that there's help out there. World Mental Health Day is a perfect time to check in on each other and share some kindness. You never know who could use your smile today.

Hey guys... So sorry, but I need to cancel classes tonight.
Ms. Angie has a momma goat in labor, and with Sensei still under the weather, I'm out of options. Hopefully I'll see some of you Saturday for Tiny Warriors and Randori

Ahhh..... Here we are folks.... Friday!

National Coffee Day! Long days (and evenings) require visits to Mug Shots and Corner Market for us. What's your favorite go-to beverage for the energy to get through the day?

Some days, it's all about getting in the steps with a good partner.

We need you! Our schedule didn't fill up like we hoped and we are short on donors. Please consider stopping in today between 11-3 and give someone else the chance to keep their heart pumping 🙏 ❤️

The weather outside is beautiful this week! If you are looking for a reason to leave work early on Friday, I can give you at least one (possibly two)! First, we are hosting a blood drive from 11-3. Give a little of what you got to help those in the community when life depends on it!
Second, this Friday beginning at 1pm is Ladies Night in Ottawa with the Ottawa Kansas Area Chamber of Commerce! So skip out of work early, come donate blood, and then go enjoy the beautiful weather while you shop, snack, and search for treasures.
We support this plan :)

Walk-ins welcome, or make your appointment here:

It's almost like everyone decided to show up for karate and watch the Chiefs game later 😂
