OMS Fall Athletic Information for 7th and 8th grade students:

The first day of practice will be Monday, August 17, 2026.

All OMS student-athletes MUST have the following forms completed and submitted to the office by August 12th to participate in fall activities on August 17th. Students may not participate in tryouts or practices without these forms being completed and on file.

- KSHSAA Physical Form
- KSHSAA Concussion Form
- Medical Release Form

- Tryouts/Practices for Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, and Cheer will begin on Monday, August 17th

- Incoming 7th and 8th graders are eligible to participate in sports

Returning Students:
‼️ Online enrollment is open July 27–August 12! There is no need to attend in person. ‼️

To complete enrollment:
➜ Log in to Skyward Family Access.
➜ Select the Online Registration tile located in the left-hand menu.
➜ For the best experience, complete registration on a computer rather than a phone. (Your student's Chromebook may also be used.)
