What an unforgettable experience for our members at the 98th Kansas FFA State Convention! 💙💛
In addition to participating in convention activities, our members had the opportunity to explore career pathways and learn more about Kansas agriculture through educational tours of the K-State Feed Mill and BlueVille Nursery.
At the K-State Feed Mill, members gained firsthand insight into feed manufacturing, quality control, and the important role nutrition plays in livestock production. They learned about the technology, science, and management that go into producing high-quality feed and supporting the agricultural industry.
During the visit to BlueVille Nursery, members explored the horticulture industry and learned about plant production, greenhouse operations, and the care that goes into growing quality plants. The tour was made even more special by being hosted by some pretty awesome people—former Kansas FFA State Officers! Their passion for agriculture, leadership, and FFA made the experience both educational and inspiring for our members.
Beyond the tours, members attended leadership sessions, listened to inspiring speakers, connected with FFA members from across the state, and celebrated the accomplishments of Kansas FFA. The convention was filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
We are proud of all of our members who attended and represented our chapter at the 98th Kansas FFA State Convention. Thank you for your enthusiasm, leadership, and commitment to making the most of every opportunity!
