LakeVille Falcons Wrestling proudly announces Jimmy Colley II as the 11th Head Coach in program history.

A respected educator, mentor, and leader, Coach Colley has dedicated his life to developing young people and building strong communities. His impact on LakeVille Wrestling has been felt at every level of the program, helping build a culture founded on hard work, accountability, character, and family.

An Occupational Therapist with more than 25 years of experience and a current Intervention Specialist at LakeVille High School, Colley has spent his career helping students and athletes reach their full potential. As Club Director and a year-round mentor to Falcon wrestlers, he has been instrumental in strengthening the foundation of the program and fostering a championship mindset throughout the wrestling room. His dedication earned him the 2024 Michigan Wrestling Association Volunteer Coach of the Year Award.
Coach Colley has also helped cultivate one of LakeVille Wrestling's proud family legacies. Alongside his wife, Stacy, he has raised four children—Jewell, Jimmy III, Jacy, and Jhett—who have all been deeply involved in the program.

The Colley family's service and leadership have left a lasting impact on the LakeVille community, earning them the 2025-26 Martin-Schunot Community Service Award.

LakeVille Falcons - Meet your new Varsity Cheer Coach, Coach Miller!

There will be a brief 15-minute meeting right after school on Monday.
Practices will be Monday - Friday (including game days) 2:30-4:00 in the High School Cafeteria.

Coach Miller will be teaching English and Mythology at the High School!

Coach Miller would like the LakeVille Community to know she is someone who is kind, supportive, and realistic. She wants what is best for her students and is absolutely enthralled to be starting this new chapter, both in her home and her life at LakeVille for the upcoming school year!

Falcon Nation! Please WELCOME Mrs. Rachel McKenzie to the LakeVille Family! Mrs. McKenzie will be teaching Kindergarten at Columbiaville Elementary! Mrs. McKenzie is coming to us from Carman Ainsworth. She has a master's degree in Literacy and education from Marygrove College and a bachelor's in education from Ferris State. Mrs. McKenzie lives with her husband Jason, and they have three children: LillyAnne, Noah, and Evelyn that are the light of her life. She has a Newfoundland named Hardy and two cats named Gremlin and Luna. Fun Facts about Mrs. McKenzie - She loves water sports and spending time on the water! She is always up for a day of boating, tubing, swimming, or trying a new water adventure. Some of her favorite memories are made outside with her family, enjoying the sunshine and being on the water. When asked past or present, name someone you would have dinner with if it were possible, Mrs. McKenzie chose Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She would love the opportunity to hear her stories, learn from her experiences, and talk with her about perseverance, equality, education, and the importance of never giving up on what you believe is right. Her determination and strength are qualities she truly admires.

Mrs. McKenzie would like the LakeVille Community to know she truly believes relationships are at the heart of education. She cares deeply about getting to know her students, building trust with families, and creating a classroom where every child feels loved, safe, valued, and excited to learn!

She is someone who brings her whole heart to teaching. She is passionate about young children, lifelong learning, and making a positive difference in the lives of the students and families that she serves. She is so excited to begin this new chapter at LakeVille Schools and become part of the Falcon community!

My name is Brett McCall, and I am honored to serve as the principal of LakeVille Middle School. I bring more than 26 years of experience in education, having worked as a middle school science teacher, assistant principal, instructional technologist, and most recently as Dean of Students here at LakeVille Middle School.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and my Master's Degree in K-12 Educational Administration. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating a safe, structured, and student-centered learning environment where all students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally.

I grew up at North Lake and graduated from Millington High School, so serving at LakeVille Middle School truly feels like coming home. This community has always held a special place in my heart, and I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to the area that helped shape who I am today.

I believe that strong relationships, consistent expectations, and open communication are essential to student success. I look forward to partnering with our students, staff, families, and community to build a school culture where everyone feels supported, valued, and challenged to reach their full potential. I am excited for the opportunities ahead and grateful to be part of such a supportive and caring community.

Falcon Nation! Please WELCOME Ms. Andrea Miller to the LakeVille Family! Ms. Miller will be teaching English and Mythology at the High School! Ms. Miller's favorite subject to teach is poetry! Ms. Miller recently graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelors in English Secondary Education. Her family is super supportive of her living her best life! Her brothers, parents, and two cats are who she calls family. Ms. Miller just bought a house in Otter Lake and brought her cats along! Fun Fact about Ms. Miller - she loves to crochet! When asked past or present, name someone you would have dinner with if it were possible, Ms. Miller says Tupac Shakur! She wants to know more about his life until 23. This is the age she was when she found his music, and the age he was when he passed away.

Falcon Nation! Please WELCOME Mr. Griffin Kragt to the LakeVille Family! Mr. K will be teaching Social Studies and Math at the Middle School! He loves teaching any history- every topic has a history to tell! Mr. Kragt is coming to us from Roseville Community Schools, where he taught for 7 years. This will be his 10th year as a teacher. Mr. Kragt has an amazing fiancé, Shayla, who loves to garden. They have 3 pets- 2 dogs and 1 cat. They play around and fight like they are siblings. Fun Fact about Mr. Kragt -he is the first person in his family to get a master’s degree! When asked past or present, name someone you would have dinner with if it were possible, Mr. Kragt chose Mansa Musa- known as one of the richest men to ever walk this earth, chances are he'd leave dinner with a few bags of gold!
