aughber Junior High School. The building remained in use until the junior high moved to a new building in 2008. In the past decade, Oswego High School has undergone many additions to its existing location to accommodate such a fast-growing community.

This weekend, our OHS Wind Symphony was one of three groups invited to participate in the Western Illinois Showcase of Bands, where they participated in clinics, social performances, and gave a concert with a nationally known guest conductor. Local news did a story on the event to come by and our band was featured prominently throughout. Check it out!!

The 53rd annual Showcase of Bands took place at Western Illinois University on Saturday, Feb. 21.
