🍩🏈 ONE MORE VOLUNTEER NEEDED FOR VARSITY GAME! 🏈🍩

We’re looking for just ONE more parent or student volunteer to help Dick’s Mini Donuts this Friday, September 11!

We need:
🍩 1 volunteer for the Varsity game through half time.

Volunteers will help sell and serve Dick’s delicious mini cinnamon donuts and smoothies β€” with a portion of the sales helping fund our OE Care Closet and support OE students and families in need. πŸ’™πŸΊ

🎟️ Parent volunteers receive FREE admission to the game!
πŸŽ“ Student volunteers earn community service hours!

🎭 HELP US FILL THE HOMECOMING CLASS COLOR TABLES! πŸ’™πŸ’šπŸ’›β€οΈ

One of our favorite Homecoming Week traditions is back! Each year, our OEHS class families come together to create HUGE class-color tables for our staff β€” and we need help from all four classes!

πŸ’™ Freshmen β€” BLUE
πŸ’š Sophomores β€” GREEN
πŸ’› Juniors β€” YELLOW
❀️ Seniors β€” RED

πŸ›’ MAKE IT A COLOR HUNT!

When you’re out shopping, walk the aisles and see what fun or unusual things you can find in your class color! Part of the fun is seeing just how creative each class can get.

And it definitely doesn’t have to be food! Think snacks, candy, drinks and treats PLUS useful little surprises like pens, highlighters, Post-it Notes, memo pads, ChapStick, hand lotion, gum, mints, school/office supplies and more.

If it’s your class color and our staff might enjoy it β€” we can probably find a spot for it! πŸ˜„

πŸ™‹ We’re also looking for parent volunteers from each class to help set up and decorate their table. Bring your creativity and help us turn four tables into an incredible Homecoming display! We will be setting up Sunday, Sept. 20 from 1-3 pm.

πŸ’΅ Prefer to contribute without shopping?
Each class sign-up also includes an option to make a monetary donation, and the PTO will shop for items needed to round out that class’s table.

For each home football game, we’re looking for:
2 parents OR 1 parent + 1 student to work alongside Dick, helping sell and serve during the Sophomore and Varsity games. (2 shifts)
