As we reflect on another incredible school year, we're proud of what the Oswego East Wolf Parents PTO accomplished together with our amazing families, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and community partners.

Because of your support, we were able to:

🎓 Award 6 scholarships to graduating seniors
📚 Provide over $13,000 in teacher grants to enhance classrooms and student learning
🍎 Celebrate and appreciate our staff all year long with treats, lunches, wellness items, and special events
🐺 Support students through the Nurses Office, Student Services, OE Care Closet, and Kinetic Wellness Department
🎉 Host memorable events including the Senior Celebration Lock-In, Wolf Pack Attack, birthday sign program, and more
🌭 Operate Wolf Bites concessions after school, during finals, and at special events to support PTO programs
🏈 Co-sponsor the Blue Silver Community Bash to welcome families back to school
💙 Promote school spirit through spirit wear, senior shirts, mums, yard signs, and community fundraisers

Most importantly, we helped strengthen the connection between families, staff, students, and our school community.

Today, June 18th 5pm-8pm.

The Oswego East Scholastic Bowl team competed in Atlanta for the NAQT National Championship over Memorial Day weekend. They received their invite by going 20-0 in the SPC this year.

The team played scrimmages Friday night, tournament games on Saturday and Sunday, and consolation games Sunday afternoon. The team went 4-6, officially, tying the team from 2022 who went to Nationals. Overall they finished 262 out of 320 teams.

Kushan Bonela and Jackson Cannon both placed near 500th overall out of just over 1500 students in attendance.

Most impressive was that they accomplished all this without any seniors on the Nationals team.

It was another 9 month season for Scholastic Bowl, and we were honored to have it end the way it did--representing our school at the highest level possible.

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, service, and dedication will never be forgotten.

As we spend time with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we also take a moment to reflect with gratitude for those who gave everything for our freedom.
