I'm a big fan of Christmas sock day!! It's a fun experience and the youngsters have a great time flaunting their stylish socks. 🧦🎄🎅🏻

One opening still remains, trying to find the perfect fit to add to our daycare family.
I love my job, 18years, and MANY children later, I am a better person because they loved me ❤️
Blessed to have the best daycare parents… but if y’all know someone looking for licensed childcare you should share this with them. Way to many calls lately for babies. 🥺
Dear Infant Parent ❤️
Please be kind when calling for care. We know your anxious. We know you are desperate to find care. When a Provider says no they have no openings say “thank you” and continue in your search.
The Provider doesn’t have hidden spots. They can’t squeeze them in. If the Provider has chosen to only accept one infant at a time they are doing what’s best for their program.
When a Provider tells you that you need to secure the spot early in the pregnancy it’s so you might have one. It might mean you will have to pay a non refundable deposit and non refundable tuition to hold the spot. Why? The reason we’ve held spots passing other children while planning for yours. We then find out plans changed. You decided to stay home. Maybe Grandma decided to keep them. By paying every week it shows you are serious and gives you the chance to cancel with the Provider face to face.
Things not to do:
🔹refuse to pay and take your chances. The Provider will fill it with the next available.
🔹snap at the Provider for not accommodating.
🔹tell the Provider you really want another Provider but you’ll take anything now. That’s probably a hard no on enrolling. No Provider wants to be 2nd choice.
🔹find a Provider then have a list of demands. You probably just lost that spot.
🔹if enrolled do not count diapers, wipes, or skimp on formula. In fact provide the same diapers and wipes you use at home. No Provider likes the cheap version that leaks or the wipes are so small and thin it takes more.
Things to do:
🔹stick to the schedule. Drop off on time and pick up on time.
🔹provide packages of diapers, packages of wipes and extra formula.
🔹if you nurse at daycare make sure to leave alternatives. Meetings happen, traffic gets congested and things happen. Baby doesn’t like to wait.
🔹instead of complaining about the lack of infant care be proactive. Call those that make the rules and ask to loosen up ages. Many places count under 2 in the infant spots. Many 12-24 months old fit in with the other groups.
🔹let your Provider know they are appreciated.❤️

💚☘️🌈
Good morning all! I don’t often get on this page but I would greatly appreciate it if anyone of you (especially the ones I’ve previously cared for or currently care for their children) would so kindly write up a review. I’ve noticed a huge uptick of people checking it out this week alone so it would be cool to have more info on here even though I’m currently full, it would still be nice to get the word out to more local folks. Thanks everyone!!😂
