Sadly, a pedestrian is killed every 74 minutes in traffic crashes. Remember, at some point in the day EVERYONE is a pedestrian:
πΆββ‘οΈ Follow the rules of the road
πΆββ‘οΈ Use crosswalks when available
πΆββ‘οΈ Walk on sidewalks when available
π Look out for pedestrians and minimize blind spots
π Be careful in hard-to-see conditions
π Yield to pedestrians in crosswalks
For not only Motorcycles, but any other vehicle as well! It's important to keep distance no matter the reason.
Tailgating is NOT SAFE ββ
Keep more than 3 car lengths! β

It can be hard to keep up with everything these days. From stressful work days, to personal struggles, it can be a lot on the mind. For Mental Health Awareness Month, we would like to remind you that mental stress can influence driving behaviors.
Stressful driving can be:
- Lack of awareness/tunnel vision
- Risky driving
- Aggressive driving
If you feel overwhelmed, make sure to stop somewhere safe like a parking lot and take enough time to decompress. Mental Health and Traffic Safety are always important things to keep in check.
They aren't magicians!
A motorcycle is not as wide or big as any other car on the road, and that's why it's important to maintain attention to not only the road ahead, but all around as well. So when you are on the road this summer, make sure to look out for ANY vehicle whether it's a semi-truck or a motorcyclist.
