Yesterday was the anniversary of Susan's Thunderbolt membership. Youβve likely heard the legend (and it's entirely true): Susan's first workout at Thunderbolt was Murph πββοΈπ₯³ and she kept coming back!
So this means Susan has been a member for 11 years π
She's done Murph 15+ times π
As of today, she's attended 2,663 classes π
If you ask us, her secret to success is consistency. Through the highs and lows, through different seasons of life, through times of PRs and pushing it, through times of injuries and status quo, Susan keeps showing up.

Join us tomorrow, Memorial Day, for a workout honoring those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
We will be doing the workout "Murph", as well as an optional 5k ruck, followed by a community potluck.
Heats at 8 sm. 9 am, and 10 am. All are welcome!

Our very own Amanda L. and Brian S. are meeting up this weekend to take on a relay triathlon in the Dominican Republic πββοΈπ΄ββοΈπββοΈ
Amanda trains with us daily, while we've all been missing Brian since he joined the Peace Corps. These amazing folks embody the Thunderbolt spirit of adventure, athleticism, and camaraderie.

Yesterday was Ashley's last regular day at Thunderbolt β€οΈ She's moving, off to experience happy changes in life. We are thrilled for her, but of course we're going to miss her.
