Oskaloosa Middle School Physical Education Department Our goal to make sure all students are involved in activities at a "health enhancing heart rate level" and gain knowledge to live healthy lifestyle.

What is Physical Education? Physical Education is a class where you learn how to be physically fit. The main goals of the class are cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. These goals will be reached through various activities, games and exercises, which will teach sportsmanship and the joy of being an active/ healthy individual.
