William Penn University will host a tailgate on Saturday, October 3, ahead of the Statesmen football game at Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids.

President John Ottosson and Diane Ottosson will be in attendance as part of a special season celebrating President Ottosson’s final chapter as President of William Penn. As he prepares to close out decades of service to Penn, this tailgate offers alumni, friends, and supporters an opportunity to connect with John and Diane while supporting our Statesmen.

We’re excited to announce Musco Night at William Penn University!

On Thursday, August 27, the Statesmen will take on Graceland University at Statesmen Community Stadium for Musco Night, celebrating the longtime partnership between William Penn and Musco Sports Lighting.

One of our own has a story worth hearing. Join fellow Statesmen Robert “R.J.” Jarvis Jr. (‘07) at the Oskaloosa Public Library on Thursday, August 6, at 4:00 p.m. as he shares the inspiration behind his children’s book, Bennie’s Filter, and the journey that took him from William Penn to Hollywood.
