After a career touching four different decades, our longtime colleague and friend has chosen to enter his next chapter. Mr. VanThiel has been a valuable member of the Oshkosh community for 28 years, and even though only two of those have been with us at Tipler, the impact he has had on our students and staff will be felt for years to come.

Mr. VanThiel's dedication to his school, even through significant life events, is second to none. Each day, he arrives ready to treat every morning like a fresh start, greeting students at his door and encouraging them to be the best versions of themselves.

Mr. VanThiel, we are incredibly proud of everything you have accomplished in your career. Your students, some of whom may even be reading this as parents(!), will never be able to thank you enough for being there for them through their most formative years. We hope you have the best runs, vacations, and fantasy football seasons of your life. Thank you for everything!

This week students in Mrs. Horn's Accelerated 6/7 math class had some fun with robots! Student's learned how to code the robots to move, make noises, play songs, among many other fun tasks.

This week's Staff Member of the Week is.....Mrs. Korell! Not only does Mrs. Korell foster a positive environment here at Tipler, she also splits time between here and Vel Phillips Middle School - Oshkosh too.

As a store owned and operated by former public school music kids...we were SO excited to hear the the choir from Perry Tipler Middle School had been invitee to perform at The Carnegie Hall in NYC...that we wanted to lend a hand (it's an honor and an expensive trip!!!)

SO... in the spirit of New York...may we present:
The 'Everything Bagel Brat'...with cream cheese and pepper jack!!!

20% of these lovelies goes directly to the choir to help pay for their trip...
