YAY!! Gracias Governor Evers!
BREAKING: This morning, I was proud to sign a bipartisan bill that will enable Dreamers to pursue their professional licensure to fill high-need areas of our workforce.
This is the right thing to do for our communities, our economy, our workforce, and for Wisconsin.

The Student Organization of Latinos (SOL) serves to promote student leadership and involvement by planning social and cultural events to educate the community about the Hispanic/Latinx Culture. Join the Student Organization of Latinos as we celebrate and honor the achievements and contributions of Hispanic/Latinx people during our heritage month and this year the theme: “Honoring the Past with Inspiring the Future”
These events would not be possible without the support and dedication of faculty/staff, departments, and offices who have graciously co-sponsored a variety of events. Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month (HLHM) takes place September 15 to October 15 every year as a time to recognize and celebrate the many contributions, diverse cultures, and extensive histories of the American Latino community. We are kicking off Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month today, September 15, 2025, at 4pm in the Horizon Ample theater. There will be food, DJ, dance performances and dance instruction.
Beloe is the 2025 Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month.
