What a day.... I was able to get my dad out bowhunting today and he had a successful sit on my farm. Still getting it done at 78 years old!

Sorry about not getting any pictures in the field, as my phone died.
This was the most exciting bow hunt I have ever been on. A hot doe came trotting in with 9 bucks trailing her. I have never experienced hearing so much grunting before and this guy snort-wheezed probably a half dozen times. While the others bucks fought, one of the other big ones rubbed the crap out of a tree while the others were fighting.
I haven't shook like that in 20 years. I feel blessed to have witness such a spectacle!

Productive day at the farm! Started out by digging in a watering hole, and worked up another plot. Got it seeded, fertilized and cultipacked. Also planted a portion of another plot. Great day...can't wait to see the results!

I got the Northwoods Whitetails HD Screening planted before the rain hit last night. I am excited to see how it compares to the Egyptian Winter Wheat from Northwoods Whitetails that I have planted previously. They say it is better...we shall see.
