Many of our community members have called concerned about our local turkey mom and her little poults. š¦š
Weāve checked on this Turkey family and we've checked with our DNR partners and local wildlife folks and everyone agrees that turkey mom should be okay. Sheās still moving around, caring for her babies, and doing what turkey moms do best.
For now, the best thing we can do is give the family some space. Thanks to everyone who has called and checked in!
