Hello Franklin Families!

We have decided to add a few more hours for the book fair in the upcoming days to accommodate for the lost hours during our snow days.

Tomorrow (Wednesday) we will be open one hour earlier. We will be open from 1:30-3:30. Any students who have money can come shop after 1:30. Families will be able to enter with their students at Door #2 between 2:50-3:30.

We will keep our Thursday hours as 6:00-7:00 pm only.

We will also be open on Friday morning from 7:30-8:00 for any last minute shoppers who bring money.

If you send cash with your child, please put it in a sealed envelope clearly marked with their first and last name. You may also choose to create an 'ewallet' for your student by visiting: https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bf/franklinelemschool

In order to continue to clean up after the winter storm, all Oshkosh Area School District schools will be closed TOMORROW, Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

🟢OASD middle and high schools will have a Digital Learning Day on March 17. Middle and high school students should log in to Canvas for their coursework at 9 a.m.
🟢 OASD elementary schools and Oshkosh Early Learning will have a No School Day (no virtual learning) on March 17.
🟢 All before-school and Oshkosh Recreation Department programs are also canceled for Tuesday, March 17.
🟢 A decision about after-school activities will be made on Tuesday and will be communicated in a district update.

‼️Snow gear needed for recess!‼️

Due to construction beginning, our new recess procedures will begin tomorrow! It is critical students bring their snow gear to school as their playing areas will be in the snow!

‼️If your child needs a snow gear item, please let their classroom teacher know! We have extras in the building.‼️
