Creating safe, supportive learning environments doesn't happen by chanceโ€”it happens through preparation, prevention, and continuous learning.

At CESA 6, we're proud to support educators and school staff through professional learning opportunities that strengthen student and staff well-being, positive behavior supports, de-escalation strategies, and crisis prevention practices.

One of our impactful offerings is Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) training, which equips school professionals with the skills and confidence to prevent and safely respond to challenging situations while maintaining dignity and respect for all.

๐ŸŽฅ Leadership Coaching Starts Here

Leadership can feel fast, reactive, and full of constant decisions. What often gets lost is the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with purpose.

That is where coaching makes a difference.

Coaching is not about having someone give you more answers. It is about having the right space and the right questions to help you think clearly, lead intentionally, and move forward with confidence.

If you are a leader or supporting leaders in your organization, coaching can be a powerful tool for growth and clarity.
