First lunch bunch of the year!!
1st and 2nd graders got to visit during the first lunch, 3rd graders during the second lunch, and 4th graders during the last lunch!

Mr. Clark's 5th grade class was our 1st quarter star winners!
At the end of every class, they get stars based on how are day went in the gym. They all walked away with a new playground ball!! WAY TO GO!!

We will have our annual Walk to School Day on Wednesday, October 15th! I am looking for some volunteers to help lead the way with our routes walking into school that day.
The starting routes are; the corner of Pheasant Creek and Hayward, the corner of Newport and Westhaven Circle (right by the park), and the corner of Ruschfield and Wheatfield.

We have been working on expectations, kinders have been making letters with their bodies, 1st-2nd have been playing some tag, and 3rd-5th have started some soccer. We're busy busy in the gym!!

A few pictures from our Kids Heart Challenge event. Kids did a lot of jumping, worked on agility, played floor air hockey, did this or that videos, and did touchdowns onto the crash pad!

We have kicked off our "Kid's Heart Challenge"!! We will celebrate all our hard work and healthy hearts during PE class on February 8,12, & 13. All donations will be due by Friday, February 16.
If half the students in our school go online and register, our school will earn $500 for more equipment in the gym!!
