💚💚 Oakwood Families, We Need Your Help! 💚💚

Our Fall Family Fundraiser is underway, and thanks to our amazing Oakwood families, we’ve already raised $1,941.64 toward our $4,000 goal! 🎉

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and helps us continue supporting our students, teachers, and school! If you haven’t had a chance to contribute yet, there’s still time! Donations can be made using the QR or clicking the link, or by sending cash/check to school with your child. 💚

We also want to give a big THANK YOU to the parents who joined us at last night’s PTO meeting! We appreciate you taking the time to get involved, share ideas, and help make Oakwood an even better place for our kids! 🦅

Together, we can make a difference! 💚🤍

🍂 Fall Family Donation Update! 🍂

A huge THANK YOU to the families who have already participated in our Fall Family Donation! We are so grateful for your support of our students, staff, and school! 🦅

Quick correction: The letter sent home listed an October 2nd due date which was a typo. 🙈 Donations are still welcome!

You can continue to donate by scanning the QR code below on the image, or by sending cash/check to school in the envelope that came home in your child’s folder.

Thank you for supporting Oakwood PTO! 💚🤍

🎉 PENCIL JAR WINNERS! ✏️

At our Back to School / Meet the Teacher Night, we asked students to guess how many pencils were in the jar… and we have our winners! 🥳

Congratulations to our 3 closest guessers:
✏️ Alex
✏️ Jordan
✏️ Matthew

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the PTO table and took a guess! We loved getting to see so many Oakwood families and kick off another great school year together. 💚🤍🦅

Congrats, winners! 🎉

A HUGE shoutout to our amazing Oakwood staff who braved the torrential rain this morning to welcome our students and help get everyone into the building safely! AND all with smiles on their faces!

We are so grateful for staff who choose joy, even while standing in a downpour! Your positivity, kindness, and dedication don’t go unnoticed, and we’re so lucky to have you caring for our kiddos.

Rain or shine, our Oakwood staff shows up! 💚🤍 Thank you for all you do!

All Hail the Queen of Field Day!

— No playground? No problem! —

We know Mrs. Meyer always finds a way to get it done! Thanks to her dedication and creativity, Oakwood was able to host a USA-themed field day at Winnebago County Park! Thank you to Mrs. Meyer, the Oakwood staff, and volunteers for another epic field day!

Please share your favorite field day pictures in the comments!
