We are thrilled to share that Tiny Rebels Childcare won the decorating contest at the Michigan Works Tawas Trunk or Treat! 🏆

A huge thank-you to Subrina for the amazing idea and for all the time and creativity she poured into every single part of our display. From the Toy Story characters to the giant crayons and all the little details, she made it special.

Thank you to Michigan Works for hosting such a fun community event and for the opportunity to connect with families in Tawas. We had a blast sharing our Tiny Rebels spirit and seeing so many kids in costume!

If you’re looking for high-quality childcare or preschool in Oscoda, we’d love to meet you.

Thank you, GSRP families!

We loved having you with us at our All About School Family Night. It was a joy to share how we work together to prepare our four-year-olds for kindergarten—and even more special to watch families connect, explore, and celebrate this important year.

Your partnership makes our program stronger. We’re grateful to walk this journey with you.

Thank you to Biggby of Oscoda and Black Bear Cafe for the refreshments.

We had a special visitor today! 💙

Mrs. Deedra from the iCan Literacy Project came to our Pre-K classroom to share stories and spark a love of reading. The kids were completely captivated as she read and spent time with them.

Thank you, Mrs. Deedra, for bringing books, smiles, and literacy magic to our little learners. We are so grateful for partners like iCan who invest in our youngest readers!

🌈 Color cleanup champions! 🌈

Our GSRP friends turned cleanup time into a fun color-sorting adventure today. Purple towers, pink stacks, yellow builds, and everything in between — little hands working hard while practicing their colors!

Learning happens everywhere… even while putting the toys away. 💪✨

GSRP Highlight 💛 Our FREE Prek Program

In our classrooms, moments like these aren’t just cute—they’re powerful.

These “kissing hand” keepsakes are more than art. They’re child-led, hands-on experiences that help little ones feel secure, build emotional connection, and develop the confidence to explore, learn, and play.

Research consistently shows that when young children lead their own play and meaningful activities, they develop stronger social-emotional skills, better problem-solving, higher engagement, and longer-term academic and life outcomes. Child-directed experiences support self-regulation, creativity, and the deep sense of belonging every preschooler needs to thrive.

That’s the heart of GSRP: high-quality, play-based, child-centered learning that meets kids right where they are.

Here’s to the little hands making big memories—and even bigger developmental gains. 🖐️❤️
