Agenda:
- Voted to sponsor Accelerated Reader prizes for the school year📚
- Voted to sponsor some supplies for the new STEM classroom 🧪
- Set up fall events/fundraisers including: Flower sales for Cheer clinic, Parent teacher conference meal, baked potato bar, and holiday shop! 🌸🌮🎅🏼

Gearing up for back to school? 🍎✏️Want to be in the know of all the sporting events, days off of school, music concerts etc.? Purchase your PTA 2026-2027 DISTRICT calendar!! 📆💲10 only!! Calendar sales will take place during in person enrollment and back to school night. Following those events, you can buy one at KB’s SpecialTees & the Elementary office!

This week PTA has been working the fireworks stand at Crazy Joe’s Fireworks down at Osage Garden and Produce!! You still have a couple days left to stop in and get your fireworks shopping done!!

Next week PTA starts working the fireworks stand as our last summer fundraiser! 🎇We are still looking for:
- 2 individuals to work Wednesday 7/1 from 12:00-5pm
- 1 additional helper to work 8:00-12pm on Thursday 7/2

Last week was such a success at the concession stands! And we cannot thank everyone who volunteered and or donated enough!!

Up next, we have the fireworks stand June 29th-July 3rd. 🎆🎇 We still need volunteers to help run it! Duties include ringing up fireworks, exchanging money, and potentially helping restock stuff as it runs out! Any questions can be directed to Ali Pauli and you can sign up below!!⬇️

Don’t forget next week is our fundraising opportunity at the ball field concession stands! There are still several opportunities to volunteer to bring supplies AND volunteer time to work the concessions!! 🥎⚾️🌭🌭
- supplies can be dropped off to Jessica Dorsey Sunday 5/31 or Monday 6/1 (prior to 4pm) or brought directly to the ball fields between 4-5pm!
- if you can’t work an entire “shift” but want to pop in and out between your kiddos games/schedules that’s okay too!! We appreciate all the help!

PTA is so excited to partner with Homegrown Coffey today to spoil our teachers and staff with drinks!! This is PTAs way of saying “Thank You” to our elementary and middle school staff this semester!!

As we get closer to the end of the school year the Coffey schedule gets a little more chaotic every week 😆 We are so appreciative of every organization, school, and employer who invites us to serve their people!
