Oakwood Back-to-School Night was a HUGE success!

We loved seeing so much energy, excitement, smiles, and picture-day- ready-poses throughout the evening! And of course, the food trucks were the perfect way to bring everyone together!

A HUGE shoutout to our amazing Oakwood teachers who went above and beyond to prepare their classrooms and create such a welcoming, exciting evening for our students and families. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated team!

Drivers, please stay alert around school buses and neighborhood bus stops. 🚌

Slow down during morning pickup and afternoon drop-off times, watch carefully for students near the roadway, and allow extra stopping distance during rain, snow, fog, or other hazardous conditions.

Most importantly, never attempt to pass a school bus when its red lights are flashing. A few extra moments of patience can help keep every student safe.

School bus safety starts before the bus arrives! 🚌

Students should arrive at the bus stop early, wait a safe distance from traffic, and stay where the bus driver can see them. Always wait until the bus has stopped completely and the driver signals that it is safe before approaching or crossing the road.

Remember: never walk behind the bus. If you drop something nearby, tell the driver instead of trying to retrieve it yourself.

Stop. Look. Listen. Stay safe! 💙💛

Hello Everyone and welcome to the start of athletics for the 2026-2027 seasons. We wanted to notify everyone that we have recently switched our athletic scheduling software from ActivityScheduler to Eventlink.

For the most up to date schedules, game times and event locations you will need to download this app. To download the app, please follow the directions below.

1. Download the Eventlink app. A picture of this app is attached

2. Select Create Account- You will add Brandon High School, Michigan, 48462
Select Brandon High School (All M.S. athletic schedules are under Brandon High School)

3. Enter your own personal information (Username, password, email, etc)

4. Select Calendars -This is where you will subscribe to any and all sports schedules you would like to view, Middle School and High School. These can be added and deleted by you at any time.

5. Verify your account by email.

6. Click on calendars to view your selected teams schedules.

This should complete your download.



Notes

1. Only the Fall sports schedules are currently in the system. Winter and Spring sports have not yet been inputted. We hope to have those into the system in the next couple weeks!

2. Once you click a sports calendar you want to view, you become a subscriber to this team. Which means you will be notified when the team you selected has a schedule change. (Game cancelled, time change, change of location, etc)
