There are 3 main AR platforms. The AR9 (9mm), the AR15, and the AR10.

The cartridges on the left are available in the AR15 platform. From left to right, are .204 R***r, .300 Black Out, 5.56/.223 Re*****on, .224 Valkyrie and 6.5 Grendel. The AR15 cartridges are lighter and generally less powerful that is AR10 counterpart.

The 2 cartridges on the right are for the AR10 platform. The ever popular 6.5 Creedmoor on the left and .308 Wi******er on the right. The AR10 receivers are longer and heavier to compensate for the high-power cartridges. The AR10 is at least 2 pounds heavier in most cases.

Here is a G***k 19 9mm built from a Polymer 80 kit. Kit comes with drill bits, jig, and receiver. Slide, barrel, P80 kit and fire control group are all purchased separately. The receiver has no numbers because it is not considered a firearm until holes have been drilled, tabs on top are cut, and barrel channel is cleared.
