Hello, my name is Kennedy Quick. I am a UCM student studying psychology. I wanted to share some of my story with you. I was a 4-year cheerleader and a 1-year captain at Richmond High School. I decided halfway through my senior year that I wanted to cheer in college. I earned a spot on the sidelines at UCM April of 2022. The last 4 years have been so rewarding. I came from a small school where I had to work incredibly hard to get to where I was and that truly set the tone for my experiences, dedication, and passion for cheer. I was a captain for 2 1/2 years in college, led many camps, worked as a tumbling coach at Twisters Sports, and was a 2x Dream Camp All-American. None of that would have been possible without the love and dedication I have for cheer. This November I decided to retire due to my classes, and wanting to focus on my future. I am committed to helping this team with the same spirit, toughness, dedication, and integrity I did as a cheerleader on the sidelines. I look forward to meeting all of you, and I can’t wait for this season. Let’s go CATS!!💛
