This is just things happening. Are you inside yourself or outside yourself? Are you what you appear? Or are you just you? Who are you?
What to do today—what you think is the best way to do something—should change in the future as you learn and grow. This applies to students in how they practice. This applies to teachers in how and what they teach. Expect change. Expect growth. If someone you trust stagnates in their understanding, that's when you should become more cautious.
