Here's our newest ATC staff member!
Let's give a warm welcome to Dirk Lacy, a new ATC Para-Educator! Mr. Lacy chose OUHSD because he wanted to work with young adults in a school setting. Traveling to Paris and Mexico are on his bucket list. In his spare time, he likes to hang out with family, coach PVHS basketball, run a non-profit basketball program, watch movies, go on dates with his wife and travel.

Our newest staff member!
Welcome Steven Jerome, a new Para-Educator at ATC! He may look familiar because he has coached football and basketball at OHS. He chose this position due to his connection in Oroville and felt he is more needed here than in a surrounding district.
Coaching professionally in football or basketball is on his bucket list, as well as giving his family financial freedom, generating generational wealth and building opportunities for those who come after him. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, training athletes and coaching.

Let's give a warm welcome to Sue Taylor a new Para-Educator at the Oroville Adult Transition Center!
Why did you choose OUHSD?
My daughter found out about the position from the teachers at ATC. I talked to her about the job and everything just fell into place. I knew it must be the job for me.
What is on your bucket list?
I would like to go on the Viking-Rhine River Tour, tour national parks and see the Northern Lights.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to quilt and spend time with my grandkids and family.
Sue, we're glad that your daughter was looking out for jobs for you, and that everything fell into place for you to join the OUHSD family! If you have a friend or family member looking for the right job, check out the opportunities that we have available at www.edjoin.org/OUHSD.
