The Oroville Police Department VIPS are a team of trained citizen volunteers of all ages and backgrounds that assist the Oroville CA Police Department.

The Oroville Police Department VIPS are a team of trained citizen un-paid volunteers that aid our men and women within the Oroville Police Department, though various operations conducted at the department. We also aide in public outreach, community events and education about public safety.
