Facilities Planning and Management (FPM) purpose is to create a positive and safe physical environment that ensures student and staff success. to 5:30 p.m.
Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. and Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Located next to parking lot 1E. FPM consists of Transportation (bus services), Building Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Custodial Services, Printing Services, Mail Services and Asset Management, and Construction. College Police is also located in the same building and works closely with FPM.

The Chico Expansion project that includes the new Cosmetology and Barbering building and Chico Science building are progressing as planned. Steel superstructure for the Cosmetology and Barbering building is complete along with approximately 95% of exterior framing and interior framing and the site work continues for the Chico Science building. The new Cosmetology and Barbering building will contain specialized labs, faculty offices, a classroom, dedicated Laundry Room, cosmetology dispensary, lactation room, all gender restrooms, and client entrance/waiting room. The Chico Science building contains a science lab, stock room, offices, all gender restrooms, and lactation room.
