Something seems off...
Dear Friends, students and fans of RTVF55: It is with great sadness that I must inform you that Mark Hall, retired professor from Butte College's RTVF department, passed away February 15th. Mark had a long and legendary career at Butte College teaching countless students over the decades the ins and outs of motion picture photography, and ultimately transitioning to video and digital photography amongst the many classes he taught. He was an outspoken personality and was easily identified by his penchant for tropical shirts. Markgenuinely enjoyed travelling, having visited places most of us only dream about. Thank You to his family for sharing him with us all these years. Mark passed while under hospice care with family at his side. Personally, I will always be grateful to him for getting me involved as an associate professor at Butte College, where I have spent eight very happy years teaching in the RTVF dept...Mark impacted on the lives of hundreds of students and peers and will be missed.
