How to shake a hand.

How to look someone in the eye.

How to lose without blaming.

How to win without arrogance.

They correct your stance.

But they are really correcting your posture in life.

They demand effort.

But they are really building integrity.

Years later, you forget the drills.

You remember the lessons.

You remember the standard.

You remember the expectation.

The best wrestling coaches are not building champions.

They are building adults who can handle reality.

And reality does not reward excuses.

It rewards those who stay in the fight.
