🚧👷‍♀️ Construction Week Has Begun! 👷‍♂️🚧
This week at preschool, we're putting on our hard hats and getting ready to build, create, and explore during Construction Week!

Throughout the week, the children will:
🔨 Build structures with blocks and recycled materials
🚜 Learn about construction vehicles and the important jobs construction workers do
📏 Explore measuring, counting, and STEM activities
🎨 Create construction-themed art projects
📚 Enjoy stories, songs, and dramatic play centered around building and construction

We encourage children to share what they know about construction and point out construction sites and signs they see with their families. Learning happens everywhere!

Get ready for a week filled with teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and lots of building fun! 🏗️🦺

“This morning we listened to a story about three pigs building houses and then a mean wolf comes and knocks them down because he wanted to play too. Mr wolf listened to what his friends had to say and found a better way to play. After our story we built our own houses using play doh, feathers, popsicle sticks and wooden blocks. Everyone built some elaborate and strong houses!” 🏘️
