OHS is reviewing and reinforcing its cell phone policy to ensure compliance with state regulations. Students are not permitted to have cell phones out in the classroom; phones must be turned off or silenced and kept stored in their backpacks during class time.

Please take a moment to discuss this expectation with your student. Thank you for your support in helping us maintain a focused learning environment.

As we kick off a new school year, let's make sure we're dressed and ready to learn! Please wear school-appropriate attire that follows the OHS dress code. Choosing clothing that is safe, respectful, and appropriate helps create a positive learning environment for everyone.

If you're unsure whether an outfit meets the dress code, it's always a good idea to choose something else. Here are some guidelines.

We're excited to welcome everyone back to school on Monday, August 10!

Please note that Monday, August 10, and Tuesday, August 11, are minimum days. School begins at 8:30 a.m. and students will be dismissed at 12:39 p.m. on both days.

Bus riders: Buses will not arrive for afternoon pickup until 3:30 p.m. Students who ride the bus are welcome to wait in the library, where they can stay cool and comfortable until their bus arrives. Please remember: If a student leaves campus before the bus arrives and misses the bus, a parent or guardian will need to pick them up.
