Hey boys,

Great showing on and off the field this weekend. We improved every game and we have a lot to be proud of. Thanks for a great end to the season.

No outdoor practice tomorrow or until further notice. I will work to try and schedule some indoor practice time for us and maybe another game this fall against a varsity opponent.

Hey boys,

This weekend's "travel" roster will be announced after practice Thursday. Love the effort I'm seeing and I hope for more of the same the rest of the week. Let one of the captains know if you cannot make it. If you haven't completed your IM leagues paperwork yet I recommend you do so if you have any interest in playing this weekend.

Thad Dwyer is looking for more people to officiate intramural games if you find yourself looking for a job this semester. Come talk to me if this interests you.

Sup gents,

Great work this week. Love the effort from everyone and I really appreciate the guys on the practice squad coming out. Your chance could be coming sooner than you think.

For those who are traveling this week, make sure you have communicated with Josh, Ben, or me what car you will be in tomorrow. For those who were not at practice today, this means you. We will be leaving campus tomorrow by 5ish so keep in mind that there is no practice until Monday. In case you want to look up the hotel, it is the Arlington Hotel in Bethlehem NH.

Don't forget your travel money of $15 for our very own Ben Steva. He and I both have venmo as well if that is easier.

Lads, see this email from the Husson head coach. If you are in the area for the summer see below.

"I am pleased to announce that Husson University will be continuing the adult summer league, which is scheduled to start this Wednesday. As the only adult summer league in the Bangor area, I invite you to get some friends together, take a break from the kids, and get involved in a good weekly workout. I am hoping to see many of you playing again this summer.

As I mentioned above, the league will start next Wednesday and will run every Wednesday for 5 weeks. The league is open to both men and women aged 14 years and older, however, the league will not be operated with traditional coed rules, meaning there will be no limitation on how many players from each gender must be playing on the field at any given time. Each game will be 50 minutes long (2 x 25 minute halves), will be officiated by a qualified referee, and will be played on half of a full size field. Teams must have 1 goalkeeper and 7 outfield players for a total of 8 vs 8, however I would recommend your teams be more than 8 people... substitutes come in handy at this time of year.

For more details or to register, simply visit www.hussonsoccercamps.com and click on Adult Summer League. Each participant will need to register and pay the $45 fee online in order to play. WE WILL NOT BE COLLECTING MONEY ON SITE! Therefore, if you are not registered and have not paid your fee you will not be able to participate until you have. In the registration process, it asks what is your team name, and which team member is responsible for the team. If you are unsure of your team name you can enter N/A, however, it is very important that you enter who is responsible for your team so that I know who belongs to which team. If you do not have a team to play with and are registering to join any team, please send me an email stating that so that I can look to add you to a team.

In prior years, the summer league has been very popular and a great place to play in the fantastic summer weather here in Bangor, Maine, while getting in a weekly workout and enjoying the beautiful game. It is my hope that I will see many of you out on the field."
