¡Regresan los almuerzos comunitarios! Durante el mes de Septiembre no tendremos asamblea, pero SI tendremos nuestro almuerzo comunitario. Los padres pueden venir a la escuela y acompañar a sus hijos a comer. Si planea comprar un almuerzo, por favor traiga $5.25. Después del almuerzo tendremos recreo. ¡Los padres también están invitados a acompañar a sus hijos durante el recreo!

Community Lunches are back! For the month of September we will not be holding an assembly but we WILL hold our community lunch where parents can come in and join their students for lunch. If you plan to purchase a lunch, please bring $5.25. Following lunch is a short recess that parents are also welcome to join with their kiddos!

Muchas de nuestras familias se han comunicado con nosotros preocupadas porque aún no han recibido sus tarjetas de SUN Bucks para este verano. En la página de SUN Bucks dicen que hay un retraso con los fondos. Por esto, las familias pueden recibir sus tarjetas hasta el mes de septiembre. El proceso de aprobación aún está en curso. Si gusten saber el estado de su aplicación, puede llamar al 833-543-3230, de lunes a jueves, de 8:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m. Al llamar, ofrecen asistencia en varios idiomas! 🙂

Many of our families have reached out with worries of not having received their SUN Bucks cards over the summer. Their website states that due to a delay in funding, families can expect to see their cards well into the month of September. The approval process is still ongoing. If you would like to check on your application status, please call 833-543-3230 Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. They have language assistance upon calling! 🙂

¡Queremos asegurarnos de que todos nuestros estudiantes y sus familias reciban los beneficios de SUN Bucks este verano! Para ayudar a que esto suceda, estamos ofreciendo a las familias la oportunidad de venir a la escuela y recibir ayuda de nuestra Coordinadora de CIS, Estrella Gallegos, con el proceso de solicitud de SUN Bucks. Si necesita ayuda para solicitar este beneficio, por favor llame a la escuela para programar una cita en el horario que mejor le convenga.

Por favor tenga disponible la siguiente información:
-Fecha de nacimiento de cada estudiante
-Número de identificación de cliente (Client ID) si esta recibiendo beneficios de SNAP
-Ingreso familiar

We want to make sure all of our students and their families receive sun bucks for this summer! To make sure that happens, we are offering parents the opportunity to come into the school and receive help from or CIS coordinator, Estrella Gallegos. If you need help applying please call the school and schedule a time that works best for you.
