The Children's Academy on the Halifax

Our little learners explored the importance of staying safe in the sun and the water. Then, they got creative by making their very own “Life Savers” craft.

At The Children’s Academy, learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door. Outdoor play is an essential part of a child’s development, helping them build strong bodies, confident minds, and meaningful friendships. Through exploration, movement, and imaginative play, children develop critical skills that support academic success and lifelong well-being. Every adventure on the playground is an opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

Our VPK students don't stop learning over the summer! The school year program may have ended in May, but our summer wrap-around students continue to learn and strengthen their skills as they prepare for Kindergarten this August!
