Registration for the Volusia Civic Ballet’s the Nutcracker auditions is now open!

Auditions August 15th with call-backs on August 16th. 

Nutcracker performances are at the Peabody on December 5-6, 2026. 

All rehearsals are on Sundays.

Open to Central Florida female and male dancers ages 8 and up. A local community favorite, VCB’s “The Nutcracker” has been bringing this professional production to life for 30 years. Comprised of dancers and choreographers from multiple dance studios, “The Nutcracker” production delights the audiences and the dancers year after year.

We are SO excited — Fall classes for ALL Theatre and ALL Dance start the week of August 10th and we cannot wait to see everybody back at the OBPAC for Classes!

A quick update:
THEATRE: Registration for our fall classes started July 1st and ALL of our Fall Theatre classes for Kindergarten through 12th grade are currently at capacity and on a waitlist! Thank you SO much for the incredible support!

DANCE: We DO still have spaces available in our Dance classes for ages 3.5 and up! We're offering several NEW dance classes this year and would love for you to join us! You can register today through the parent portal online! https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/cmtw

Wow! Registration for Childrens Musical Theatre Workshop’s 45th season started yesterday, July 1st through the Parente portal! All of our Elementary age (K-5th grade) Fall Theatre classes are full and are on waitlists! We have a few spots remaining in our 6th grade and up fall theatre class for Mary Poppins, JR.
