💛 September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re teaming up with CURE Childhood Cancer once again to fill Boredom Buster Bags for kids going through treatment.

These bags are packed with fun, age-appropriate activities to help keep kids entertained, creative, and distracted during treatment and we need your help filling as many as possible!

A few important reminders:
• All donated items must be BRAND NEW and still in their original packaging
• Items must be small enough to fit inside a gallon-size Ziploc bag
• We collect for toddlers, elementary-age kids, younger teens, and older teens
• Gift cards are also welcome….both digital and physical!

Our best tip? Think about what YOU would actually enjoy doing, pick a specific age group, or build your donation around a theme like art, games, building, music, or something creative.

Our annual Boredom Buster Bag service learning project could greatly use your help! Every year our students create bags of games, puzzles, toys, crafts, and more, for children receiving treatment for cancer in support of our partner, CURE Childhood Cancer

Each year we deliver over 350 bags to the children, hoping to bring a smile to their faces while going through difficult times. The children keep the bags, even after they leave the hospital. This is a wonderful way to support children with cancer and their families, as well as a lifelong learning project for our students.

We would greatly appreciate any donations from our list of items, including boxes of gallon sized ziplock bags. I've attached our BBB flyer, happy to also send it to you as a PDF or JPEG for sharing with friends and family. We are collecting donations through October 9th; they can be dropped at school, ordered through our Amazon Wish list on the flyer, or we can pickup.

🚨 Engineering Camp starts NEXT WEEK! 🚨

If your child is between 7–11 years old and loves to build, create, invent, or solve problems, this is the camp for them! 🛠️⚙️

We’ll spend the week tackling exciting engineering challenges, designing creative projects, working as a team, and having tons of hands-on fun. Every day is different, and every camper gets the chance to think like an engineer!
