Please take advantage of this day to ensure your brand new Brave is enrolled and ready for Kindergarten!

To register your student on this day, please bring:

- Original certified birth certificate. (A child MUST be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2026 to begin Kindergarten.)
- Child’s Social Security Card
- Florida Certificate of Immunization (DH 680 Form) within the past year
- Florida Physical Form (DH3040 School Entry form) completed within the past year
- Parent/Guardian photo identification (driver’s license, passport, military identification)
- 2 Proofs of residency (example: recorded deed, mortgage statement, rental agreement, electric/water/internet bill within the last thirty days. Must be able to see name, service address and current date)
