The Children's Workshop

With heavy hearts we share news of the passing of Marcia Grodi, a lifelong educator and the founder of The Children’s Workshop.

Marcia opened The Children’s Workshop in 1983, and this January will mark 20 years since she retired and sold us the school. We are forever grateful to her for letting us continue the path she began.

Marcia’s energy and spirit will continue to live on at The Children’s Workshop, where every year a new group of students are introduced to many of her songs and lessons.

Our deepest condolences go out to her husband Terry and her children Jeff and Cindy, and all her family and friends. May her memory always be a blessing.
