📍 Location: 21996 State Road 44, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168
⏱️ Duration: 5-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)
⏰ Shift Time: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Rotating Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
💵 Pay Rate: $21.70 – $23.25/hr on W2 (Varies depending on phlebotomy experience)

Job Description:
• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
• Direct contact with patients—create an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and drawing blood skillfully, safely, and accurately.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy.
• Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties.
• Maintain required records, documentation, and data entry.

Requirements & Skills
1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
✔ Customer service and keyboarding/data entry skills.
✔ Flexible and available based on staffing needs (weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime).
