Julia Newman and I are excited to announce our upcoming December Online Women’s Empowerment Workshop! This workshop will include weekly virtual yoga classes, mantra, breathing exercises and guided meditations. We will also be providing educational resources on energy centers and how to use these technologies to raise your consciousness, stay steadfast and unshakeable, embrace the powerful Goddess within you, and help you to mindfully rise above even the most tumultuous and unexpected storms. We aim to create a supportive community to aid us as we move through the challenging and demanding holiday season and fearlessly into the New Year. ​Stay tuned for more details!
