Music has a funny way of bringing people together. 💙

Last night at Phish at Fenway, I randomly ran into two of our incredible Washashore Music instructors, Jeff Cutts and Paul Chase! We spend so much of our time helping students discover the joy of making music, and it was pretty special to all end up together as fans, soaking in an amazing show.

Whether you’re on stage, in a lesson, or in the crowd, music has this incredible ability to connect people. That’s one of the many reasons we love what we do.

What a wonderful Spring Recital weekend!
A huge thank you to all of our students and families for your hard work, dedication, and support throughout the year. We loved seeing everyone share their music, cheer each other on, and celebrate all the progress that’s been made. From first-time performers to seasoned musicians, we’re so proud of each and every one of you!
Now it’s time to keep the momentum going with Summer Lessons at Washashore Music.
Our summer schedule is flexible—you can book as many lessons or as few as you’d like based on your summer plans. It’s a great way to keep growing, learn new songs, and stay connected to your instrument while still enjoying everything Cape Cod has to offer.

Our adult musicians take the stage for an evening of music, community, and a little bravery as they share what they’ve been working on.
🎵 Spring Recital – Tomorrow at the Orleans Historical Society!
From first-time performers to seasoned students, our students will be showcasing all the hard work they’ve put in this season. It’s one of our favorite days of the year, celebrating growth, confidence, and the joy of making music together.

🎶🛍️ We were so happy to be part of the Boards in the Store fundraiser for the Orleans Chamber of Commerce!
One of the best parts of living and working in a small town is running into familiar faces. I even bumped into Tom from Fitzgerald Custom Homes—who also happens to be the proud dad of one of my fiddle students! ❤️🎻 It’s these connections that make our community so special.
What a fun event celebrating our local businesses and the people who make Orleans such a vibrant place to live, work, and create.
✨ Don’t forget to mark your calendars for First Fridays in Orleans through September! Shops stay open late with special sales, live music, great food, and plenty of summer fun.

There’s something special about learning this music… and then getting to hear it at the highest level.
A crew of our adult bluegrass group went out to see Bronwyn Keith-Hynes Band at The Narrows, and it was one of those nights that reminds you why music is magical. The groove, the tone, the connection—it all just clicks when you see it live.
So proud of this crew for diving into bluegrass with such curiosity and heart. Getting to share moments like this together is everything.
Inspired, fired up, and ready for the next bluegrass ensemble🎻
