KG: 2 guests per student
5th Grade: 3 guests per student
8th Grade: 3 guests per student

Due to limited space at the venue,
we kindly ask that you respect the guest limit.

The Department of Health and Orange County Public Schools are proud to host a Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) immunization event for incoming 7th grade students. Florida law requires all students entering 7th grade to have a Tdap booster on file before the first day of school. These events offer families a convenient, no cost way to meet this requirement.

To participate, families must complete the consent form prior to the event.

Once you receive the updated FL680 Form, please bring it to the front office or email it to:

*** If your child has already had the Tdap vaccination, then please email the updated FL680 Form to the email listed above.
These updated forms need to be received before school starts to ensure your child will have a schedule for the 2026-27 school year.
