Orlando Realtors market report for May brings us a few very interesting facts: We have inventory for three and a half months in the Orlando area. On average, each property is in the market for 54 days and takes 92 days to close. This month, we had an increase in new listings for a total of 4,500. Finally, an interesting number, the median house price in this area is about $385,000. All this means that the market is strong but good enough for any buyer to jump into the water and try to find their dream home. Thinking of selling and moving? There were a few very interesting data points from the housing market in April. Still, we are in an improving market, with a supply of almost three and a half months. According to ORRA data, it takes nearly ninety days to close a property when, on average, each house is fifty-four days in the market.
