What is an apprenticeship, exactly? It's a program where workers learn a trade thru a combination of on-the-job training and classroom instruction. Apprentices are considered full-time employees earning wages while working and learning alongside mentors. https://www.constructyourfuture.com/blog/what-is-an-apprenticeship
