Our Black History Month celebration did not disappoint! Guests took a stroll through the walking wax museum operated by BSU club members, participated in Storytime with our media specialist Mrs. Moody, and were truly inspired by our keynote speakers Sisaundra Lewis & Dr. Shanta Barton-Stubbs! School Board member Ms. Vicki Felder spoke some inspiring words as OCVS is a proud member of District 5. The event culminated by everyone enjoying wonderful Soul Food and Caribbean dishes. The ensemble prepared for this distinguished event by participating in rehearsals for three days. Kethry is a sophomore at Lake Buena Vista High School. Happy Resiliency Day! Mrs. Faber had on-campus workshop during which students worked through the Resiliency Overview Canvas course and worked on vision boards.

Ms. Wells Harris was nominated and selected for The Counselor Champion Award, her dedication to students and her positivity and smile while collaborating with colleagues is inspirational . She is always willing to go the extra mile. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful school counselor like Ms Wells Harris here at OCVS

Making a difference, one box at a time! 📦💙 Last Friday, our National Honor Society members proudly volunteered at Second Harvest Food Bank, helping to box over 7,300 pounds of items for those in need. Together, we’re fighting hunger and spreading hope!
