Today, our team participated in professional development focused on recognizing the antecedents—the events or triggers that happen before a behavior occurs. By understanding these early cues, our teachers can proactively support students before challenges arise.

Sometimes, that small moment of understanding can make all the difference—turning a child from feeling overwhelmed and on the struggle bus into one who feels supported, confident, and leaves with the biggest smile and a warm heart. ❤️

Some of the best lessons happen outside the classroom. 💙 Yesterday our students enjoyed a special trip to see Toy Story 5, sharing laughs, friendship, and creating memories they’ll treasure for years to come. We’re so thankful for these moments together! 🍿🎬✨
