We will be giving ALL students in the LaunchED@home model FREE SCHOOL SUPPLIES, THIS FRIDAY!

When: Friday, September 4th

Where: Mollie Ray Elementary School - Bus Loop
When: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Where: In front of the Windsor Cove Leasing Office
Time: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

If your child needs school supplies please plan to pick them up in the bus loop THIS FRIDAY from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. OR in front of the Windsor Cove Leasing Office from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

OCPS parents, in order to keep everyone safe and healthy in our schools and facilities it is extremely important that we emphasize once again that if you, your child, or anyone in your household is sick, please stay home.

📌 If someone in your home has gotten a COVID-19 test and you are waiting for results, please do not send your child to school.
📌 If a parent received a positive test, but your child has no symptoms, please do not send your child to school.
📌 If you or your child has a known exposure to someone with COVID-19, please do not send your child to school and consider getting a COVID test.

Your child will need to self-quarantine for 14 days in all of these cases, and if the student develops symptoms they should self-isolate for 10 days from the first sign of symptoms.

We also want to let you know that the COVID-19 Health and Safety Procedures Manual continues to be updated with the latest and best information available in dealing with the coronavirus. Version 4.0 is now posted and accessible from the front page of ocps.net. Slide 4 in the manual will indicate what has been changed in the document. ** WINDSOR COVE FAMILIES!! GREAT NEWS!! YOU ARE NOW A FREE Wi-Fi HOTSPOT LOCATION!! **

This means that all OCPS students living in Windsor Cove can connect to the FREE mobile Wi-Fi hotspot being provided by OCPS. All you have to do is have your child login to their digital device and connect to the OCPS Wi-Fi.

Please have your child do so and comment below so I know you were able to use the mobile hotspot! I can't wait to see all of our champions virtually today!

Beginning Monday, Aug 10, OCPS Food and Nutrition Services will provide meals for LaunchEd@Home students with a Curbside Meals Program at all 202 schools. Student ID # is required & will use current meal benefit status (free, reduced or paid). More info: ow.ly/OpWf50ATQOi
