As you can see in the pinned post on this page, the community initiative didn't take off, as the vision of the man who purchased Fashion Square did not come to fruition. Below is one of the local Orlando community locations where classes, workshops and seminars will be held, under BWell services. The workshop "Nourishing the Nourisher" will be frequently repeated. Join us this Thursday night and bring a friend. This is an experiential workshop and some of the exercises are even better when done with your BFF :)
Local Mom's: If what you really wanted for Mother's Day was to exhale and unwind, here's a gift to give yourself. This is both an experience and a learning opportunity presented by Basically Well, led by Functional Coach Jenna Wright (me) and Amanda Dumas of Enamored with Nature. This Thursday evening in the Audubon Park Garden District.
